Course Dos commands necessary for Multimap-3

Type the information in the file.
Type a command that displays the contents of a file on the screen. This command works on files, Text files and programs are not readable.
Command format.
TYPE [name of file to read].
For example, the command

C: \> Type AUTOEXEC.BAT to display the contents of the file AUTOEXEC.BAT.
C: \> NORTON \ TYPE README.TXT README.TXT file to display its contents in the directory NORTON.

XCOPY command to copy the whole directory and all of the directory.
XCOPY is a command used in the COPY command to copy the same files, but it works faster. And can be copied. Both the directory and the directory subtree.
Command format.
XCOPY [source] [destination] / S / E.
/ E to copy the directory and all sub-directories with an empty subtree.
/ S Copy the directory subtree that is not all empty.
For example, the command

C: \> XCOPY BACKUP F: / S / E and copy all files from the BACKUP directory to a drive F.
C: \> PRINCE> XCOPY *. VSD A: copy all files with the extension of the VSD PRINCE directory to drive A.

Message in the DOS.

Abort, Retry, Fail?

Insufficient memory or Out of memory Insufficient memory: memory is not enough to meet the demand of the program.
